Refund Policy For "Python Code Walkthroughs"
You have 30 days, after purchase, to initiate a request for a refund. In order to make the request, you must present your lab files of code you've personally written. Specifically, the following files from the courseware: emailanonymizer.py, downloaddir.py, dateinterval.py, helloworld.py. The code must be clearly your own work, and not copy-pasted from the provided solutions. Only files with at least 80% of unit tests passing (counting by the number of individual stack traces initially produced by that lab file) will be accepted. Contact customer service with your order number or receipt number to request a refund, along with a pointer to a ZIP file of your code. Our team will review your request and approve or deny within 3 business days.
