Refund Policy For "Pythonic OOP"

You have 30 days, after purchase, to initiate a request for a refund. In order to make the request, you must present your lab files of code you've personally written, including at a minimum the primary labs. The "primary labs" are defined as the following files from the courseware: classesandmethods.py, inheritance.py, properties.py, webviews.py, and filewatch.py. The code must be clearly your own work, and not copy-pasted from the provided solutions. Only files with at least 80% of unit tests passing (counting by the number of individual stack traces initially produced by that lab file) will be accepted. Refunds will not be approved for those who use a one-on-one call with the instructor; or who schedule a call, then fail to cancel it at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Contact customer service with your order number or receipt number to request a refund, along with a pointer to a ZIP file of your code. Our team will review your request and approve or deny within 3 business days.
